Possible pregnancy symptoms? Help me!! Relate?

So every month I get the whole pre menstrual crazy hormones. But first let me tell you I was the nexplanon implant for 10 months was removed in September so this will be my second regular period. The whole time I was on the BC I bled non stop hence why I had it removed. I haven't been trying to get pregnant but haven't been not trying either. I haven't thought any difference about myself other than just moody which is normally how I get about a week to two weeks prior so I been moody extremely. Well yesterday I thought I was starting my period, thinking oh I'm starting early! That's good news. Planned on making an appt. for new BC. Well the bloody show I had is now gone and was only there the one time. It wasn't a lot but I wiped a few times to get it off wasn't heavy enough for a pad or tampon figured I'd wait till morning well.. no blood today. My nipples have been somewhat sore. Other than those symptoms nothing else has happened. I'm supposed to start around the 20.
