could i be pregnant?

normally i have my period by the 10th of each month maybe a day or two early but i go with normal flow which last mon th Sept i started on the 6th . but this month on the 5 of oct 2016 i spotted some like pinkish color but then on the 7th and 8th of oct i bled only dark brownish color for those two days no regular flow or anything now its Oct 17, 2016 ive been feeling really blotted and extra hungry but still no period i took a pregnancy test it came out negative. is it possible i might still be pregnant just to early for results
