6dpo yesterday I felt ovulation mild cramps and pressure breast achy at times of the day in fast and have headaches off and on is this normal?

Hi cookie26.. I am 7dpo today and besides the boobs I don't have any symptoms today. Yesterday, 6 dpo I felt really bloated and had cramps. Today nothing so I don't know what this means...I have 31-32 cycles so i need to wait one more week until I can test :(
