7dpo anxious have any of u lady's have mild cramping, sound like growling but not hungry, gassy

7dpo, I'm gassy an that's not common for me.. My stomach make a Lil whisper like notice but not hungry, sharp pain lover abdom, I'm TTC, past few days been moody, don't have much of a appetite kinda make my self eat well snack on things, I work 2nd shift an sleep most during DA day but still feel tired an wore out, I'm more in tone with my body then I was with my first child.. Jus curious an anxious, think my mind is obsessed now tryna notice things wid my body..
