Ovulation test help

Okay so i have been taking ovulation tests for like 5 days now, anyways they were getting darker. But this morning I had taken 1 that had an infant with like no color for the rest line. So I did a 2 hour hold no liquids second morning urine. Well there was the faintest of lines. ??? Im puzzled. My test yesterday morning and afternoon where not positive but kind of getting darker. What the heck? Anyone?
