Worried...V faint bfp's on IC since 12dpo still faint at 15dpo and CBD 1-2wks should it be 2-3 wks?

Sorry I'm panicking as had an early miscarriage last month at 4wks 4 days and now I have had faint bfp's on IC's that aren't getting any Darker. Today had a BFP with FMU 1-2wks (which I had on day of missed AF with prev mc) then 4 days later bleeding and cramps. My worry is should the CBD not be 2-3wks if in 15dpo? And shouldn't the IC's be getting darker? Been to docs who sent me for a blood test but won't find results til 4//5. Days so don't see the point in that. Looks like I will just have to sit and wait and pray for a sticky bean x
