3 positives and 2 negatives help?

had some light spotting for 4 days but no period, been feeling really tired and kinda bloated so i decided to take a test, first one came back faint positive,2nd came back faint positive again , then had 2 negatives and the last one there is a second line but barely visible, i have a doctors appointment on the 20th just wanting to have some advice before i go ..
