PLEASE HELP!!

I had unprotected sex with my partner the 26 and 29 of September,2016 and the day is October 9and I still haven't gotten a period till this day I took a pregnancy test at 2am and it came back negative ....I called my Dr and told her since I took off my birth control on the 7th (implanting) I had only had it in for maybe 2 months ....I told her since September7 till this day ( October9) I haven't gotten a period I don't know what to do I'm very confused PLEASE HELP ME !!!! ????????????????????????
