My beta HCG not increasing

Hi.. my LMP was 24 aug and beta HCG as below
On 22sep- 44
On 25 sep -49
On 03 Oct -102
And light spotting to tissue paper when I go to
Washroom.. 2 years back had a severe ectopic pregnancy.
Done big surgery for ectopic.. for this pregnancy please help and suggest me..

Unfortunately, this sounds like an impending miscarriage (I've had 2 early miscarriages, so I know that it's not fun). If you have a lot of pain, make sure to go to the doctor. Good luck and best wishes.
