Experience with agnus castus & evening primrose oil??
Hi there. Just wondering if any ladies here have had any experience taking agnus castus. Since oct 2015 my cycles are ranging between 90 - 100 days. I started natures aid agnus castus 400mg 14/8/16 on cycle day 32 then changed to lindens brand 1000mg, 2 every morning after 30 days. 12 days after starting those I started spotting that lasted 5 days. Day 1 clear blood streaked cm, 2, brown stuff, 3 & 4 pink and final day red blood. Never needed a towel was only when wiping so don't think I can class it as a period ... can I?? Cycle day 83 now and desperate to at least start next cycle. Has anyone had any success taking agnus castus. Taking evening primrose oil 1000mg as well now as read it helps with ewcm. Would be massively grateful for any advice and thank you in advance. Have also tried a test as all google comes up with is implant bleed and its negative. Ttc for 16 months now and losing hope :'(

I know this is 2 years old but I was just going through old posts and thought I'd reply to this in case anyone was interested. Turns out that bleed was a good thing. Classing the 1st day of the bleeding as cycle day 1, I ovulated on cycle day 9 and on 9dpo got my bfp. She's now 17 month old. So the higher dose of agnus castus worked amazingly for me. Going from 3 month cycles with no hope to ovulating so soon after being on them. Couldn't recommend them enough. This was my chart for that month
