How many days after 5000 pregnyl trigger shot can you test?

I took 100mg clomid cd 5-9, follicles cd 10 ( largest being 21), pregnyl trigger cd 11 and iui cd 12. With lots of symptoms, I decided to test in the afternoon of 10dpiui. I got a faint positive, so on 11dpiui I tested again and got another faint positive. Is the 5000 of pregnyl still in my system or could this be an actual positive?
