I use Kindara. It'll keep tracking for as long as you need (there's a box you check at the start of a new cycle, it'll continue tracking as one cycle until you check that box). It also lets you input whether you're spotting, light, medium, heavy, tracks CM, tracks basal temp, tracks OPK and PT results, and lets you input personal trackers too (for example - each month you break out 3 days before AF, you can add "breakout" as a personal tracker). It's a pretty nifty app
