I am 4dpo cramping off and on is this normal TTC

I am 28 day cycle ovulation was sep 23 2016 blood test confirm pregnancy 10 years ago saying one tube untide can I be pregnant again had sex 3 days before ovulation n ovulation day having on an off cramping cm is white lotion like yellow tint to it can't tell how to c if cervix high or low I got headaches heartburn increased appetite nausea gassy
