Implantation or early period ?

So I had a 2 1/2 day period that was brown/red blood that started light pink spotting then to regular blood but only when I wiped that it would show up then a little on my liner. Only had to change it once a day no more than that. Then last night the 24th, I started feeling sick like I was about to throw up and I was feeling a pulling sensation in my lower abdomen. And it turned into brown very dark blood with tiny poppyseed clots maybe twice today did I see that. What could this be ? I'm not on the pill either so it's not that.
