On sept 19 I ovulated and I was on my honeymoon so there was plenty of time for it to be fertilized.
I am 5dpo and have had cramping, lower back aches, fatigue and waves of nausea. It would be my first child so I am unsure of it I am pregnant or not. I have clear cm, but a lot of it and I am having to pee a lot more than usual.

If you're having a lot of clear CM you should assume you're fertile unless you know for a fact that you aren't. And by "know for a fact" I mean you have an ultrasound done or your progesterone levels drawn or something to definitively indicate that you ovulated.
The reasoning for this is that your body can gear up to ovulate and not actually ovulate. When this happens you'll get all the right fertility signs (fertile CM, positive OPK, etc) but then your body fails to ovulate. Generally when this happen your body will try again in a week or so and then keep trying periodically till either it finally ovulates or you just end up with an anovulatory cycle.
General rule of thumb is to always consider yourself fertile and plan sex accordingly whenever you have fertile CM unless you know for a fact that you ovulated already.
