A week worth of positive opk what is going on

My opks have been positive for a week now I also a positive on cycle day 4 I had negatives after that b up until a week ago.. what is going on?

I have Internet cheapies and I used the 2 different brands they have at $1 tree and I tested with one my friends first response ovulation test.. all positves .
