Egg meets sperm plan?

We are ttc our 3. we have been unsuccessful,this cycle is our 5 time trying. Doing research and I came across the egg meets sperm plan. Has anyone used this method and if so did you conceive the first time doing it this way?

Hi! We used the SMEP when TTC #2. It took us 3 months to conceive. I was 29 at the time. No fertility issues and regular cycles. Good luck!
