Question for moms whose cycles took a long time to return while breastfeeding.
I have a question for moms whose cycles/ovulation took a long time to return while breastfeeding, just trying to get an idea on when my cycles will return. What is the longest time it took for you to start ovulating again after breastfeeding for over a year? My daughter is 17 months and my cycles have not yet returned. We were thinking of trying for our next baby but obviously pregnancy would be impossible at this time so just trying to get an idea of when mine might return.

I am a breastfeeding mum
My son is attached to them I can't get him to subside it's hard at times, he's just turned two last week
I came off the pill about 7 weeks ago and haven't had my period return at all
I have done pregnant tests and I can see faint positives so I have no idea how that works but I'm going to test again and see if the line gets darker in a few days time
I suppose it's just a waiting game but don't stress about it as that normally makes things worse when trying for a baby
