Luteal phase and progesterone

Hi ladies I am looking for answers on if I have low progesterone or not. Since my periods returned after my last pregnancy, my cycles have been different. I have a 14 day luteal phase normally but would spot on 12 dpo and 13 dpo. Last month I tried b 6 to maybe stop the spotting because I heard that spotting 2 days before isn't normal. My luteal phase went up to 16 days but I had spotted on 14 dpo and 15 dpo. I can't seem to find an answer on if spotting for 2 days means that I have low progesterone or not. If my luteal phase is that long is it not an issue? Any answer is appreciated, thanks in advance!
