I'm so sorry for your loss. Or for how the faulty tests played with emotions. Either way.

For what it's worth I usually start having back pain around when I ovulate. Sept. 17th it looks like you'd be on CD9 so it's possible you were having some ovary pain as follicles matured and you approached ovulation. It isn't uncommon at all for me to have some pelvic, back and ovary pain for several days before I ovulate.

I also get hormonal migraines triggered by the elevated estrogen prior to ovulate. They typically start for me about a week before I ovulate. I know it isn't exactly uncommon for women to have migraines triggered by estrogen.

If you think you're pregnant you need to take a pregnancy test. If nothing else it would answer some questions and put your mind at ease. You may also want to pick up some OPKs and start using those as I suspect you may be approaching ovulation.

So my doctor told me there is no such things as false positives! I just experienced a chemical pregnancy in August. I had the same thing you did. 3 positive tests the day my period was due with many many symptoms. 3 days later I felt it with every fiber of my being that I wasn't pregnant anymore. Mainly because I had a headache and dizziness I took 3 tests and they all came back negative. Went to the doctor and she confirmed through sonogram and blood test that I had a chemical pregnancy. AF followed with cramping headaches dizziness etc. I would definitely go to the doctor because there is also such a thing as implantation bleeding. If you can't get to the doctor maybe it is time for another test.

Sorry to saay, but you most likely misscarried. Happened totally same to me last month.
