Spotting woes, a viable pregnancy?

Hello ladies! I experienced some spotting a little over a week before AF is due to arrive. Yesterday, I took a pregnancy test and it was the faintest of all positives in the control window So faint that I feel like my mind is playing tricks on me. Could the spotting be implantation bleeding due to pregnancy? I left put some details, I will be happy to answer any questions! Thank you!

Did you take another test to confirm? Im sure its possible to spot, even have a period, and be pregnant. Hope you get another positive test. Maybe see if the doc will order blood test?
