Am I pregnant

So 10 dpo I had brown discharge , next day I bled and then it stopped dead in its tracks. The next day I had brown discharge again. I have veins all over my boobs, most of which are going towards my nipples. I'm SOOOO bloated I feel like a hippo, my gums are bleeding and I'm going to the bathroom non stop. My period is not regular so I'm very confused. Could I be pregnant or am I losing the plot ?
