TTC after nexplanon and bcp (yaz)

After I had our DD I went on nexplanon (I was on implanon prior to conceiving her, it took 1yr 8mnths to conceive but we weren't actually trying just not preventing it) this year was my 3 years and had it removed June 17th and then started taking Yaz. I stopped taking Yaz mid pick on the 8th after missing days and taking multiples. Talked to DH and we decided to go for it. Af arrived on the 14th and is hanging on today (at what I think is cd5) I purchased some otk so that I can figure out when I O just because Its been some time since my body had done things on its own and idk if my cycles will go back to normal (maybe the bcp helped it to do so since it was irregular on nexplanon?) so I have a few questions. Should I count this as af since I essentially made it happen by stopping bcp mid cycle? Also has anyone else been in a similar situation bcps after nexplanon then TTC?
