Pregnancy test

Hi
I have pain like period in lower abdomen in left side as my egg is rupture in that side on 14th day of my last period,my last period is 18 the of august .o feel nausea or vomiting , fatigue, breast pain , slightly headache. I have checked on home on 15th September but it negative,i have strong feeling that I have conceive
Then when I have to check pregnancy test.
