Breasts & Pregnancy?

So I am very familiar with the sore/sensitive breasts and nipples associated with pregnancy. My question is actually if you still have this symptom after you've had a baby? My boobs changed sooooo much with my daughter and now that we're trying for number two I was wondering if its still a sign of pregnancy for most women.
