is spotting on 0 dpo, normal, or could it be early inplantation

hi, i am now 6 dpo, but on 0 dpo i had spotting, it was pinkish brown colour and lasted half a day then it all went away i have had nothing since, but now at 6 dpo, i have stabbing pains through my breasts, and they also feel hot, ive had back ache, and feeling a bit sicky now and then, so could this have been inplantation on 0 dpo???
