PCOD and watery discharge

I am 25 and was diagnosed with PCOD. Have been prescribed Krimson 35. This s the fifth course (17th tablet today). 3 days before my last periods i had terrible body pain and bleeding was comparatively less and dark. Last week started experiencing nausea giddiness bloating with watery discharge. Never have i felt this sick before. I haven't kept track of the days me and my husband had intercourse. Wat might be reason for these symptoms, is it anything to be worried about??
