Is this my chance at my rainbow baby?

Try to conceive after miscarriage last July at 12 weeks I have 28-29 day cycle. My dr put me on 50 mg of clomid for 3 cycles nothing then 100 mg of clomid now on 2nd round of clomid this month af was 4 days later dr ordered blood work it came back a 6 reordered blood work to to see if numbers went up could this been a early pregnancy?
