Can anyone recommend TTC vitamins that will help with Fertility??
I am only taking Folic acid at the moment but I have read on these forums about Vitez , Cassanovum, MACA etc are excellent fo Fertility but they are only available online or on Amazon and I worry why if they are good why they dont sell them in Ireland. Is there anything available in local health shops / pharmacies that have worked for anyone??

My MD recommended ubiquinol, a concentrated form of CoQ10. He said there is some evidence in animal studies that it improves the ability of cells to divide properly, so the thinking is that it would help the quality of our eggs. Don't know what your issues are-- if it's ovulation vs. egg quality, vs. pregnancy loss, etc., but it can't hurt.
Be careful with supplements. There could be anything in those bottles and they're not tested or regulated by anyone. And they haven't been tested as safe for a developing fetus especially. Stick with known vitamin and supplement brands if you are going to try stuff. I like Jarrow and Nordic Naturals for the ubiquinol products.
I used ubiquinol for 4 months before conceiving my daughter, but there is no way to know if that did the trick or not-- could have been that or luck or a good night's sleep or whatever. But it could be worth a try.
