Could I be pregnant again 3w3d after miscarriage

I started bleeding 8/19. Had test and confirmed pregnancy. Had US and say sack no heartbeat, told it could be to early, measured 5w3d, by lap I shoulda been 5w6d. Hcg was 295. On 9/24 had follow up. Hcg was 221 and US showed empty uterus. Miscarriage confirmed. Bleeding from 8/19-8/23, spotted brown 8/24-8/30. Dtd 8/31, 9/3, and 9/5. + opk 9/4 and - opk all other days. Have not gotten - hpt. Still very bold +. Pregnancy symptoms stopped prior to 8/19, but can back 9/6. Today 9/11 had pink creamy cm. Hcg was 192 on 9/8.

Could I be pg again or does it seem like this is just a long process from miscarriage? Seems like hcg should be zero by now, but to early for new pg... any advice helps. Thanks!
