Trying to conceive after MC - ovulating?

Hi All - I had a MC at 6 weeks in early June. It took 6 weeks for my cycle to return and after that I have had my period every 2 weeks. My last cycle was 2 weeks ago so I should be around CD13ish. I'm having a lot of clear, stretchy discharge. Tonight my ovulation test was VERY close to positive - but not quite. With the discharge and ovulation test being almost positive, I've had crampy feeling in my lower stomach area... Almost like period cramps but much more mild for the last 3 days. What could be going on??
