I was suppose to start my period around the end of july and havent yet received my period.

I was suppose to start my period around the end of july and havent yet received my period. I was unsafe on the 20th of August with my boyfriend. We then decided that we do want a baby so we have been trying ever since so that was 3 weeks ago. what are my chances even though i still haven't started my period? I feel bloated and the cramping.
