Question

i had a miscarrage it went wrong i want to try again but are the risks?

i started spotting when i was about 9weeks. went to gp had a scan and the baby was there but had stopped growing and died. i opted for a natural miscarriage. the following friday i lost what i think was baby, i thought that was it. but the following thursday i started blleding heavily and clotting heavily. it stopped but i didnt feel right . sunday at 1am i started again. badly just like the thursday. i was weak and scared and knew that something wasnt right i called 111 explained everything and the next thing i know im in hospital. i ended up in theater and had 3 units of blood. i would be almost 13 weeks now and i am starting to recover, i have been out of hospital for just over a week but i am still petrified. i feel empty alone and confused. id like to try again once ive recovered but im concerned about the risks and more importantly worried about the anxiaty i have of bleeding and passing out. is all this normal and will i ever recover from this????

First off, I'm so sorry about your loss. A miscarriage is devastating, and it's important for you to go through the stages of grief. Let yourself cry, punch a pillow, just let out how you feel and don't keep it bottled up. I, myself have been through 3 miscarriages.
I'm really glad that you noticed that your symptoms were not typical, and sought help. It's varying when your fertility will return for trying for another. On my 1st miscarriage it took me over 2 years to conceive again, on my 3rd miscarriage- the late one, I fell pregnant again 8 weeks later and carried to term with no issues at all.
You do need to make sure that your body is healed on the inside. Trying to conceive too early when ur uterus is still healing can result in another miscarriage. I would recommend waiting at least one regular cycle; if not more after the initial bleeding is/was done.

i had 2 do 2 lol, 2 many letters.
The fear never really leaves, my best piece of advice on that is don't let the past ruin the future. There will always be what if's in the back of ur mind. Take it one day at a time :)
