CALLING ALL TWIN MOMMIES!...

When I was pregnant with my daughter, my Dr believed there was also a vanishing twin. I just found out I'm pregnant again and at 9dpo, 10dpo and 11 do got very quick and very strong positives. Quicker than I would have thought that soon. While I know every pregnancy is different, my breast are very sore, I'm going to the bathroom a lot, and I'm even having dizzy spells. All of which are not common for me this early. Is there a possibility of twins?
