2 positive hot now negative and 3 days late ...can I still be pregnant?

Hi Everyone,
I'm 39, TTC my 3 with my fiance. Last week before AF I got 2 faint positive using e.p.t. Today, I am 3 days late, having some cramping and back pain, nausea, crazy fatigue ( like hit the couch and fall asleep) and allergies out of the blue ( so random) but now I got a negative test using same test but not FMU. What's the deal? Am I going to miscarry? Shouldn't my HCG levels be high enough without FMU?so confused. I really want to have my third before I turn 40. Any thoughts ?
