TTC following miscarriage

So I had a miscarriage 3 weeks and 1 day ago, I stopped bleeding 2 weeks and 3 days ago. I took a test a week later and it was negative, but yesterday and today I've been feeling of. Was retching whilst driving to work and had a headache today I've had nausea, lower back pain and really tired, plus slight cramping.
I did a test and it's still negative. I'm ever so confused, I know that after the miscarriage I felt completely normal and didn't feel anything like this. If I was pregnant when would I test and would it even be possible?!
