PregPrep or pregnacare before conception

Do you have any opinion about these two pre conception vitamins? The first one I bought from USA the other one from UK so now I wonder which one is better and if they have any effect in faster conception. Please share your experience

I've just recently ztarted taking pregnacare this month. 2nd month TTC so I'm yet to know whether it has any positive impact but I've read good reviews on it
