Dh works nightshift so we only managed to dtd cd 13 this month :( O'd today cd16. Do we still have a chance of have we missed this month?

Sperm can survive for 3, even up to 5 days inside your body, so you do still have a chance.
I am in a similar situation with crazy work schedules, and we only got to bd on cd11, I O'd cd13. Here's hoping! Baby dust to you x
