Has anyone else experienced a sore throat as an early pregnancy symptom??

I got pregnant back in February and 6 days after ovulation/conception I got a sore throat and had other cold symptoms. Unfortunately I lost my baby at 7 weeks. Now I'm 6 DPO and I have a sore throat and other cold symptoms again. And I have slight breast tenderness starting as well but that's not unusual for me. I usually have breast pain before AF arrives. I can't help but wonder if the cold thing is a coincidence or a early sign???? I'm afraid to get my hopes up......any help would be very much appreciated.
