Do I count dpo from the day of positive opk or from a day or so after?

I'm just wandering. When it comes to dpo. Do I include the day I received my positive opk as 1dpo. Or do I start the day after? I got my Positive OPK on 24th August.

So would you say I'm 5 or 6dpo

I would go with the day after ur positive as O day and the day after that as 1dpo. So the 26th as 1dpo...that's about avg so u could sway a day or so either way.

There isn't a 100% correct answer for this... If you are tracking BBT, you should see a spike the day after ovulation. That's the easiest way to pinpoint. You could have ovulated on the day of the positive or on the day after.
