Clear Discharge with Tiny White Flecks

I'm 7dpo today -- noticed when I went to the bathroom, I have clear/white discharge that has white dots in it -- looks like tiny pieces of paper, but it's not toliet paper (i used wipes).

I don't have a yeast infection or UTI (went to doctor yesterday). Has anyone had this ? Is this a sign of early pregnancy?
