Question

*TMI* yeast infection medicine and a false positive?

Ok so I am 13 dpo today. I was taking a really strong antibiotic that in turn gave me a yeast infection. I used the otc medicine tioconazole ointment. Upon testing this morning and throughout the day today I have recieved four very faint positive results. Is there any way that these results could be false due to the medicine? I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much as I've been ttc for 6 yrs now.

I have never heard of it giving false positives. Let me know as I had an infection pop up as well and am fixing to take something for it

I think the only reason you'd have a false positive is if there was hcg as one of the ingredients of the medicine. Pretty sure your BFP is legit! CONGRATS!!
