12 DPO / faint BFP today using FR6DS. Worried about CM.
BE WARNED, I'M A NEWBIE! I have been feeling really weak light-headed, got nauseous last night when I tried to brown some beef on the stove, have abdominal pain (nothing too bad but something is going on) and I took a test today that gave me a faint positive. I just learned about chemical pregnancies/miscarriages and I'm completely freaked out that this is what is going to happen. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this that they could share so I at least know what to pay attention to or do next?

I've had 4 chemical pregnancies and an early miscarriage at 6w4d and I can tell you this: I've never regretted a single moment I spent being happy and excited about being pregnant. I've only ever regretted the time I spent being worried and upset. Losses are heartbreaking and it isn't something for which you can "prepare" yourself. So my advice is to do your best to enjoy the time you have whether it's 8 days, 8 weeks or 8 months.
I like the mantra "Today I am pregnant. Today I am going to be happy about that."
