Is it possible that I'm pregnant?

I think I might be pregnant a lot of weird things happening to my body that have never happened to me before. I'm nauseous some days, I have a large appetite some days and others I don't want anything to eat at all, vaginal discharge, cramping, some cravings, hemorrhoids, moody, emotional, tender breasts some days are worse than others... The kicker is I'm on birth control but not sure I've been taking it correctly so I think it's possible...

It says that I'm supposed to take my birth control at same time everyday and I didn't know that so I haven't done that... Plus I have missed pills too...
