CD 45 with no AF and BFN. Is there still hope?!

Hi,

I'm on CD 45 today. No AF and loads of BFNs including one this morning. I ovulated on Jul 26 - CD 16 (confirmed with BBTs). I've had on and off (TMI alert!) a spec of blood here and there on TP while wiping after I do certain excessive tasks like climb a lot of stairs. Other than than, I have had a lot of unusual breakouts, increase in appetite and sore bbs. Most of these are PMS stuff. So do I still have hope? Could I be pregnant?
