Question

Pcos and want a baby!

I'm 23 and me and my husband are trying for our second baby but I can't seem to get pregnant this time around. We've been trying for three months now, I have PCOS and I'm on cycle day 17 but seriously no positive OPKs yet this time. Any tips on how to try to help things move along?! Also how many times do you think you should have intercross, like is once a day normal or should I only try to do it 2-3 times a week so the sperm is stronger... I know people try way longer but I'm frustrated because my first was so easy!

I also have PCOS and wasn't getting any positive results with the OPK, but this last cycle my doctor discovered that I wasn't ovulating, that the follicles were just collapsing and no egg would be released. This month, once the egg was mature they administered a trigger shot (Ovidrel) to force ovulation… and it worked! I got my first positive result. That might be something to check into… I'm not sure of any natural remedies to help with ovulation. I hope that this was a little helpful. I know that didn't answer all of your questions... because as far as how often to have intercourse, I've heard so many different things that I'm afraid I won't be of any help there. I completely understand the frustration. Good luck to you and your husband.
