TSH is Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. The normal range for women is 0.450-4.500 so you're within normal limits. That's a good TSH number for TTC.
LH is luteinizing hormone. Judging by that number I'm assuming you were around when you normally ovulate at the time blood was drawn? If you weren't ovulating soon it's a little high.
FSH is follicle stimulating hormone. The normal range is 4.7-21.5 so you're within normal limits.
Prolactin is the hormone responsible for lactation. It should be <25 in women who aren't pregnant so you're good there.
Your estradiol levels match up with your LH levels to suggest your body was liking gearing up to ovulate at the time of your blood draw. It's a little over the normal range for estradiol before it surges prior to ovulation. Although it's well within normal limits for the periovulatory range.
Basically everything looks good and your body was probably getting ready to ovulate.
