Implantation discharge

I took a pregnancy test last Tuesday, which was definately positive.
Haven't gotten a positive since.
Still experiencing all day nausea. Bloated and light headed, light period like cramping, tender breast, insane sweating.
This morning, I got a very small amount of light brown discharge.
Is this implantation bleeding?

Implantation bleeding happens BEFORE a positive result. If you are having implantation bleeding, than your previous test was not a positive result because it would be too early. If you're concerned, I'd suggest to call the doctor.
