Clomiphene, 6 days late & light bleeding

Hi. I am confused what is happening with my cycle now.i am regular 26 days cycle for years all until now.i was on 3 cycle 50 mg clomiphene and in July dr increased to 100mg.that ended ,on 30th July had pinkish mucus but.. I was expecting my periode on 7 th of August and nothing.After 6 days being late thats on 13th I had short very light bleeding for les than two days. Hcg was done on 18th and neg but my Gyn said on ultrasound she can see tick endometrium...how is that possible if I am not preg and if on 13 i have had period..Could be that I ovulated late and actual implantation has just taken place
