Using Baby Aspirin after a Miscarriage
Anyone try or hear about using baby aspirin post miscarriage? Success stories? I had a miscarriage in March at 9 weeks. I initially had significant spotting and The doctor saw a large blood clot at implantation site on the ultrasound. I lost the baby about a week later.
Saw that aspirin could possibly help prevent blood clots and boost the ovaries?

NSAIDs, including "baby aspirin", should be avoided while you're trying to get pregnant and while pregnant unless you're directed by your doctor to take them.
*If* you have a clotting disorder baby aspirin could be beneficial. But you shouldn't assume you have a clotting disorder. My reproductive endocrinologist put my on baby aspirin after my 5th loss because my RPL panel came back showing that I have not 1 but 3 clotting disorders that increase clotting. My RE told me that baby aspirin increases the risk of bleeding during pregnancy and that studies have definitively shown that aspirin in pregnancy at higher doses is definitely harmful. The studies on lower doses are somewhat inconclusive and the rule of use is that you should only use it when the benefits clearly outweigh the risks. My RE explained that because I have 3 clotting disorders the benefits outweigh the risks for me. I still don't have my rainbow baby so no success story here. :(
I'm sorry for your loss. :
